BROKER PARTICIPATION
We welcome broker participation as a part of the sealed bid process. Agents may download and complete the following Broker Participation Agreement and submit with the Prospect’s sealed bid. Broker must have an active Colorado real estate license. A Broker Participation Commission is offered to any real estate broker whose Prospect makes a written bid on the Property, provided the Prospect is the winning bidder and closes the transaction. NOTE: Listing Broker will pay a properly registered Broker 2.8% of the sales price. Due to the participation of many Brokers at our auction, it is important that you register your client correctly as outlined so that there will be no errors and omissions as to who receives the commissions.
